- Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
- Customized or personalized Jewellery.
- Sale or clearance items marked as "final sale."
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons) unless faulty.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- You’ll be required to provide proof of the defect, such as clear photos, and our team will evaluate your claim.
How to Request a Refund

- Provide supporting documents, such as photos of the product if it’s damaged or faulty.

Return Shipping
- For approved returns, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label (applicable for eligible regions).
- If you’re returning an item due to personal preference, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Processing Your Refund
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
